Curry plant tea can help relieve the congestion and "stuffy" feeling of a head cold. Curry Plant Tea For Colds (Helichrysum italicum)  Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried (or 1 Tablespoon fresh) curry plant blossoms

Optional:

  • Honey or other sweetener (Is tea can be bitterbitter)
  • Lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Steep curry plant blossoms in boiling water for 5 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the tea will be.
  2. Strain
  3. To retain the flavor and aroma of the tea, cover the cup while steeping.
