Curry Plant Tea For Colds (Helichrysum italicum)  Recipe and Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried (or 1 Tablespoon fresh) curry plant blossoms

Optional:

  • Honey or other sweetener (Is tea can be bitterbitter)
  • Lemon slice

Instructions:

  1. Steep curry plant blossoms in the boiling water for 5 minutes or so. The longer you steep, the stronger the tea will be.
  2. Strain the tea into a cup.
  3. To retain the flavor and aroma of the tea, cover the cup with steeping.
